The Foundation’s mission is to provide support and deliver relevant, strength-based programs that will have a positive impact on the lives of our first responders, veterans, and their families. Trauma in modern conflict takes a toll upon those who serve and protect. The need to provide connection, community, leadership and training through workshops and wellness programs is more imperative than ever before.

WE STAND WITH OUR VETERANS AND FIRST RESPONDERS AND ARE COMMITTED TO PROVIDING MENTAL HEALTH AND WELLNESS SUPPORT BY OFFER THE FOLLOWING:

PATHH (progressive and alternative training for healing heroes)

Designed to cultivate Post Traumatic Growth (PTG) amongst those struggling with PTSD and/or combat stress. A 7 day focus on training rather that treatment, Warrior PATHH directs the roadmap from struggle to strength. This transformative program begins in 2021 for combat veterans and first responders in the PNW. There is never a charge for attendance. For more information and dates, please contact us.

MONTHLY HUDDLES

Located in Gig Harbor and Tacoma with plans for expansion to Bremerton and Olympia in 2021. The “Huddle” meetings are intended to bring messages of hope and a sense of community. These facilitated gatherings foster a safe place promoting healing and forgiveness. A complimentary meal and beverages are served. Attendance requires RSVP.

QUARTERLY LEADERSHIP AND COURAGE WORKSHOPS

Interactive workshop presented by experienced veterans and first responders communicating the universal message about trauma and its complex nature. No charge for attendance, please RSVP.

PERMISSION TO STARTING DREAMING ART CLASSES

Guided painting class offered monthly to encourage creativity and relaxation. There is no charge for this class and refreshments are served. Space is limited, reservations required.
