We’re Helping Boulder Crest to Spread the Word

At Permission To Start Dreaming Foundation, we love Boulder Crest for many reason…one of which is the beautiful way in which they can tell a story through film. Their Struggle To Strength film series “reminds us that even in our darkest moments, there is cause for hope” (Source: Boulder Crest Website) and is streaming NOW on the Foundation’s main page!

On Duty

The 3 part series began with the film titled On Duty, which tells the story of a soldier struggling to leave the battlefield behind after he returns home:

Reborn

Next, Boulder Crest delivered Reborn, the story of a police officer who endures a devastatingly traumatic event while on duty, and her struggle to rebuild her life in the aftermath.

Breakthrough

And just earlier this month, they released the third film in this series, Breakthrough, a powerful story of the experiences that shape us, the struggles that weigh us down, and the strength we have to break through the barriers separating us from a life of meaning, purpose, and hope.

Transformed By Trauma: Stories of Post Traumatic Growth

And we would be remiss to not include Transformed By Trauma, another powerful film from Boulder Crest Foundation, which, in their own words, “sheds light on the prevalence and impact of PTSD diagnoses, challenging the current approach to mental health in America. The film tells the inspiring personal stories of veterans, former POWs, service members, and first responders who have not only survived trauma but have thrived in its aftermath through Post-traumatic Growth (PTG).”

This film can also be found on our Warrior PATHH page: https://ptsdfoundation.org/warrior-pathh/ along side detailed information about Warrior PATHH and how you can get involved in this program.
