The Permission to Start Dreaming Foundation wants every American citizen to understand the significant sacrifices our military, first responders and law enforcement make to maintain our liberties and keep us safe. For too many of them, the tragic scenes and trauma due to their job-related experiences often remain seared on their hearts and minds. In many cases growth from trauma, cannot be met with traditional methods. We are at the forefront in the PNW to create or find alternative and strength-based programs that help them reclaim their lives after trauma. We support programs that offer tools and training designed to regain purpose and passion so often buried in the pain. We strive to offer a strong fabric of support through Mind, Body and Soul workshops, monthly huddles and retreat programs assisting them to find the right resources and develop healthy relationships.
