The Huddle meetings are intended to bring message of hope and a sense of community. These facilitated gatherings offer a safe place that promote healing and connection with others who are seeking a deeper meaning of mind, body and spiritual fitness. The monthly meetings offer resources that encourage “post traumatic growth” and cultivate the mindset that says “your best days are ahead”. Meets in Gig Harbor, WA on the last Wednesday of each month from 7pm to 9pm (with plans to grow to other locations in 2021) these informal but intentional meetings serve to reinforce positive and healthy life practices.
